Aimpin.ai Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and MEGASOUND AI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED（鉅聲智科有限公司）("we") for the use of the Aimpin.ai app and related services (the "Service"). By checking the box to agree or continuing to use the Service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
The Service gives approach-shot advice, shot records, statistics and coach reports based on your bag, course, weather and on-course information. Some features require a subscription.
2. AI advice is for reference only
- Advice is generated by AI from the data you provide and may be wrong or incomplete. You decide how to play every shot.
- We do not guarantee hitting the green, any score or any outcome. Scores shown are relative ratings between options, not probabilities of success.
- Before you swing, make sure the people around you are safe, and follow course rules, competition rules and local law. It is your responsibility to check whether the Service may be used in a competition.
3. Accounts and age
- The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over; users under 16 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Keep your sign-in details accurate and your device secure. Actions taken with your account are treated as your own.
- You can delete your account and all data in the app at any time.
4. Your content
Text, photos and records you upload or enter remain yours. You permit us to store, process, display and (with your consent) send them to AI providers as needed to provide the Service, and to improve the Service in de-identified form as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to upload this content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
5. Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions are paid through the Apple App Store at the price shown at purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled under Apple's policies. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
- Paid access is based on the subscription status confirmed by our servers.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not crack, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; call it at scale by automated means; impersonate others; upload illegal, infringing or malicious content; or resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
7. Changes and interruptions
We keep improving the Service and may add, change or discontinue features. The Service relies on networks and third-party services (AI, weather, SMS, payments) and may occasionally be interrupted or delayed. Records already saved remain viewable offline and sync when you reconnect.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of your place of residence are not affected.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and us only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your place of residence are not affected.
11. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will update the version number and ask you to confirm again in the app.
